THE POLICY.
We operate on a made-to-order model. We do not hold inventory. We do not have a warehouse full of generic stock.

Every single piece is printed specifically for you when you order it. Because of this, we do not accept returns for wrong sizes or change of mind.

We are a small team building a movement. We ask that you order with intention.

EXCHANGES (SIZE & FIT).
We do not offer size exchanges.

Every product page includes a detailed Size Guide. Please use it. Do not guess. Measure a shirt you already own and compare it to our chart.

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed athletic fit.

OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE.
We stand by our product.

If your gear arrives with a printing error, fabric defect, or manufacturing issue, we will make it right.
​
Our standard resolution is a free replacement. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

LOST PACKAGES.
​
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

Check with neighbors or your front office

Wait up to 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages early)

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. While we are not liable for theft or carrier delivery errors, we will assist you in working with the carrier to help locate your package when possible.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM.

If your item arrives defective:

Take a clear photo of the defect

Email the photo and your order number to support@reversemotivation.com

Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Approved claims will receive a replacement at no cost.
