ACCOUNTABILITY STARTS HERE.

THE POLICY. We operate on a made-to-order model. We do not hold inventory. We do not have a warehouse full of generic stock.

Every single piece is printed specifically for you when you order it. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for wrong sizes or change of mind.

We are not a massive corporation. We are a small team building a movement. We ask that you order with intention.

​

SIZE & FIT. We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page. Please use it.

Do not guess. Measure your favorite shirt at home and compare it to our chart. Get it right the first time.

OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE. We stand by our product. If your gear arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right immediately.

We do not punish you for our mistakes. If the error is ours, the replacement is on us.

​

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM. If you receive a defective item, follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear photo of the defect or damage.

  2. Email the photo and your order number to support@reversemotivation.com.

  3. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

​

We will review the issue and send a replacement free of charge.
